What We Do

At ACDA, we provide a variety of ways employers can help their employees prioritize their health and fitness. Whether it’s through a private online community, monthly health / fitness challenges, daily motivational / inspirational text messages, or weekly group phone calls, ACDA is about meeting people where they want to be met, while understanding that different things work for different people. We also provide resources for goal identification, and best practices to progress toward and accomplish those goals. Finally, we provide a goal tracking document that can be used to track any goal someone is working toward.

Our mission is to help individuals live healthier and more fulfilling lives, ultimately leading to healthier financial outcomes for businesses.

Founded by Kevin Cullum, who set out on a personal mission to complete 1 million push-ups, ACDA is built on the belief that “Anyone Can Do Anything” with the right support and strategy. Kevin’s innovative approach helps individuals identify their goals and develop a roadmap to reach them.

Despite overwhelming evidence that 93% of employees believe their employers should support their health and fitness, a staggering 83% feel their organizations could do better. At ACDA, we’re committed to changing that narrative. Our dedicated team monitors and moderates all aspects of our platform daily, sharing inspirational content and thought-provoking questions to encourage employees to prioritize their well-being.

Join us in transforming workplace wellness. Together, we can create a culture of health that not only enhances individual lives but also drives organizational success.
